On 17th October we have a home game against Battersea 5th. The game will be played at Prince Georges playing fields, kicking off at 1pm.

We will be meeting at the Co-op carpark in Rosehill at 11am.

If my proposed transfer to Mitcham Dynamos falls thru then I will remain at O'Neills as Team Player/Manager. If the transfer does go thru then, with heavy heart, I'll be leaving the club on a season long loan deal and playing for the other team. Bill will be the caretaker Manager in my absence, altho I will still handle all the day to day running of the club.

It is not definate that I am leaving. It is only a possibility. Work is very stressful at the minute and I'm finding football stressful as well. I'm fed up coming off at half time and having half the team arguing about formations and stuff. It's been getting me down for a while and I decided I put in far to much effort to be getting the hassle I'm getting, especially as I'm not even playing!

I'll probably play for O'Neills this Sunday regardless of Mitcham Dynamoes as we are looking short of players. I'll make a decision next week...

There are two possible formations to be used this Sunday. Either 4-3-3 or 4-4-2. Given the players starting I would prefer to go with 4-3-3, but I'll make the decision on Sunday morning.

Jim, Oxer, Colin, Ash, Laing, Chris, Darryl and Carl all responded before the 1pm Thursday deadline, and are therefore included in the starting line up. Bill, Aubs and Wallis were late replying, but were the next three so are included. Dan was the 4th late responce and makes the bench. Guy and Rehan haven't responded yet so are not included in the squad. Adam was amongst the first respondees and makes the bench.

The first one to text me from Rehan and Guy will be included on the bench, the other will not be included.

This is my new way of picking the side. Hopefully it will mean I actually get some responces on time in the future...
