I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of attendance at the training sessions.
Today we had THREE players show up. THREE!! I knew about a couple of people being away, and a couple unable to make it due to work commitments. So maybe nine players couldn't make it. We have a squad of 25 players so where were the other 16 players?
I WILL NOT book a hall, or indoor area, until we get reasonable numbers down for training when it's free. We had the same issue last season, and it cost us our chances of promotion.
Next week I expect a much better turn out for training. I will cancel all future friendlies if we get another turn out like this one.
