Match this Sunday, playing Melfort 10.30am kick off at Prince Georges.
I'd advise getting to the Co-op at 9am, unless Bill says different. Melfort will probably turn up at 10.29am so the kick off may be delayed (they are allowed to be up to 20 mins late before you can claim the points) so it would be good to get there early and get organised.

thread bare this week then? possibly out aswell.....dur to tonsilitis which occured this morning. Its only mild so far poss ok....then will have to check on my back aswell. Will need someone to pick me up sunday for football............seeing as the stumpy one is working..........any takers??

Bill asked me to try to postpone this game this week. Unfortunatly I have been unable to do this. To put the game off at this late stage would mean we would have to still pay for the pitch and ref (£75), have to get the opposition to agree to the cancilation (Melfort want the game to go ahead as they have a lot of games to catch up with) and we would run the risk of not getting the game re-scheduled due to date constraints! As it stands we have a bare eleven unless laings foot is better and jim is fit which would make it 13. Unless anyone else drops out. I will give the kit, balls and my instructions for sunday to Rich or guy at training tonight and make sure everyone is sorted with lifts etc. team should be ash, rehan, marsh, ian, oxer, wallis, guy, chris, carl, pat and ed laing if fit and jim if okay. a chance for a lot of people to stake a claim. if we win i won't change the team for the next game so your destiny is in your hands. c u at training and my hopes and aspirations go with you for sunday managment1 |
