i think blame has to start and end with the management... sack em all ;D
started well, ended badly, i think morale played a key figure

I think you are about right. But we started pooly as well. We lost our first 3 games of the season, then won 8 of our next 10 league games, and ended the season with 3 league defeats! I think morale was shit at the end of the season for numerous reasons. Hopefully it will be better next season when competition for places will be better and training will be sorted!
